All information collected by OMORPHIS online is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. Once you subscribe to OMORPHIS, you are automatically included in our updates, services, newsletters and correspondences. We may infrequently notify you about events we think may be of interest to you.
To request to have your name removed from these correspondences, please email hello@omorphis.com.au We may also use your information internally to assist us in improving our services. We do not sell or share personal information with 3rd parties.

OMORPHIS will not be responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to your personal information.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

From the date of receiving your order, it can take up to 2 days to despatch from our facility. 

DELIVERY IN AUSTRALIA

We charge $12 flat fee for express shipping on all orders within Australia.

Estimated delivery times are:
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane: 2 – 3 business days
Adelaide: 2 – 4 business days
Perth, NT & Tasmania: 5 – 7 business days
Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship via Australia Post’s trusted network. The shipping costs for each country vary, the cost will be shown at checkout.
International buyers can choose between standard and express delivery.
International standard delivery is estimated to take between 10 -15 business days depending on country.
International express delivery is estimated to take between 3 – 4 business days
A tracking number via email will be provided after the order is made.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase, our products have been tested on friends and family, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order do not hesitate to contact us by emailing at hello@omorphis.com.  Due to the nature of our products we generally do not refund or exchange any opened/used items.
